Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to support our financial operations and ensure the efficient management of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with budgeting and reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections
  • Maintain financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and reconciliations, in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to management
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing support for financial planning activities
  • Review and process invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and internal policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support budgetary needs
  • Assist with the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and support to external auditors
  • Stay informed of changes in financial regulations and accounting standards that may impact the organization
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
