We are seeking an analytical and strategic Business Performance Analyst to assess and enhance the efficiency and performance of our organization. The ideal candidate will collect and analyze data, identify performance gaps, and recommend actionable strategies to improve business processes. This role requires strong data analysis skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance across departments and projects
- Collect, interpret, and report data on business operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with managers and department heads to develop performance improvement strategies and action plans
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide continuous feedback to ensure objectives are being met
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership
- Assist in the development of business forecasts and budgets by analyzing historical data and market trends
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability
- Support strategic decision-making by providing clear, data-driven recommendations and insights
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in performance management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings and recommendations clearly
- Experience in developing and managing performance dashboards and reports
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of business operations, financial analysis, and strategic planning
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
