Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Web Optimization Manager to lead our website enhancement initiatives and ensure an exceptional user experience across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics, user experience design, and digital marketing strategies. This role involves analyzing website performance, implementing optimization strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize website performance, including page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and user interface design
  • Analyze website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of optimization efforts
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement best practices for SEO, UX/UI, and overall website functionality
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate the impact of changes on user engagement and conversion rates
  • Monitor and analyze user behavior through tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other analytics platforms to gain insights into user interactions and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web optimization and digital marketing
  • Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis and research, presenting findings to stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to optimization processes, testing methodologies, and performance reports
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for team members on web optimization strategies and tools
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to enhance web capabilities and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web development, computer science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in web optimization, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and A/B testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, user experience design, and conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a good understanding of web development processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
