Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and goal-oriented Account Representative to join our team. The Account Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in driving growth. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the sales team in developing proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities in CRM software.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients on their accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account performance and key metrics to management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Representative, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of account management and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
