The Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the account management team, assisting with client requests, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Responsibilities

  • Assist the account management team with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating projects, and maintaining client records.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
  • Prepare and review proposals, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to account managers and clients.
  • Assist in planning and executing client events, promotional activities, and other initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop product knowledge and account management skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
