Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and driven Territory Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and expanding customer relationships within an assigned region, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects to promote products, provide product demonstrations, and close sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base within the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives and customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends in CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to sales management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position products in the market.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed to promote company products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and territory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a large geographic area.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
