We are seeking a highly organized and driven Practice Manager to oversee the operations of our medical practice. This role will focus on optimizing practice efficiency, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in healthcare administration, allowing them to effectively manage staff and resources while supporting the overall mission of the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the practice, including patient scheduling, billing, and staff management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA, to maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to establish and achieve clinical goals and patient care standards
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development
- Analyze practice performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement in patient flow, retention, and satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders, including insurance companies, to streamline operations and ensure quality service delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in a management or administrative role within a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proficiency in practice management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving operational efficiency
