We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Chief Talent Officer (CTO) to lead our organization’s talent development initiatives. This senior leadership role will focus on building a high-performing workforce, fostering an inclusive culture, and aligning talent management strategies with overall business goals. The CTO will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, development, and retention, ensuring our organization attracts and nurtures top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees across the organization
- Lead and oversee the recruitment process, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring the best fit for the organization’s culture and goals
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by creating and managing leadership development and training programs
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective succession planning, workforce development, and alignment with business needs
- Establish performance management processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and driving employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees
- Monitor and analyze talent metrics, using data to inform decision-making and continuously improve talent management processes
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on all talent-related matters, providing insights and strategies for workforce optimization
- Lead the development of employee engagement and retention strategies to ensure a motivated and satisfied workforce
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in talent management, HR leadership, or organizational development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing talent strategies that drive business outcomes
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with HRIS systems and talent management tools, along with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, with experience driving DEI initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing business environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
