  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for project delivery and client engagement.

  • Provide training and support to clients on product usage and best practices to ensure their success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to inform service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a professional services role, with a track record of managing projects and teams successfully.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
