We are looking for a direct placement for our well-known client:

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers have a delightful and seamless experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

– Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

– Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

– Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

– Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.

Requirements:

– Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

– High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
