Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
– Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
– Coordinate project-based work
– Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
Qualifications:
– Proven administrative or assistant experience
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Proficiency in MS Office
