Our team is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support and help resolve inquiries. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve product or service issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Provide accurate product or service information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
