Job Description

As a Full-Time HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role involves ensuring the company’s HR policies are followed and employees are supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll inquiries
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Oversee employee performance reviews and development plans
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
