Our company is seeking a Full-Time Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients
- Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service
- Coordinate internal resources to meet client objectives
- Prepare reports on account status and performance
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services with existing clients
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company’s teams
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in account management or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Work Environment:
