Join our team as a Groundskeeper to maintain and improve the appearance of outdoor spaces. This role involves working outdoors, caring for plants, lawns, and outdoor equipment to ensure that grounds are clean and well-kept.

Responsibilities:

• Mow, trim, and water lawns and grassy areas
• Prune trees, bushes, and hedges to maintain a neat appearance
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed
• Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment
• Ensure pathways and outdoor seating areas are clean and clear
• Assist with snow removal, watering systems, or other seasonal tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred but not required
• Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to operate lawnmowers, trimmers, and other basic tools
• Attention to detail and pride in keeping outdoor areas beautiful
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials when needed

Work Environment:

• Primarily outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions
• Physically demanding, requiring stamina and manual labor
