Job Description

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent service via phone, email, or chat. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with product information, billing questions, or troubleshooting
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by being patient, empathetic, and professional

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently in a home office environment
  • Proficient with computers and customer service software
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
